Has anyone sanded to remove stains? I have boat polish that got on it and no amount of washing with a pressure washer has removed it. The manufacturer recommends sanding it. Has anyone tried it and how were the results?

I have a Navionics PC program that I can make routes on. How do I download these on an SD card and get them on my C80 as complete routes as displayed on the PC. The last time I tried all the waypoints of several routes got transferred but just as waypoints and not as complete routes.

I have a Kohler generator that seems to run at less then full speed and only puts out 60 volts until I put a fairly big electrical load on it then it immediately speeds up the engine and puts out 115V. This does not seem normal to me. Opinions please?
