Interesting I have the same issue on my SB engine. I have found that after warms up and I will shut it down it goes away.

As you can see I have a 1996 400EC with 7.4l, 496 engines. I am going to change the oil myself. What oil should I use. I read about Mobil 1, 15W-50 Then I read some others. Now I am not sure. Thanks, Joe

Polish and Woody's Wax. If not the boat looks half polished. WW will keep you from falling on your butt.

I had mine done five years ago. The guy that did it goes by the name "Sandman". Not too expensive did a good job but only soda blasted not paint.

Glad to hear you remembered the important things (Bar/pool table). He was either at the Bush River Yacht Club or Otter Point Yacht club. They both have a bar and pool table. I am down the river from both after you go under the train bridge. Good area and good boating people.
