Please help me out sea ray members , the mer cruiser 5.7 1996 the temp mark 175 and the oil pressure mark 40 ,, its that correct for this engine ????

i check the spell and its ok .. Wen i start the engine its start very well but wen i run-nit like 20 min then stop-et the engine its turning but dint start (have tu turning like 2-3 minutes to start ) wat could be ??????

please give me more ideas Wat could be ........................

I have mercruiser 5.7 l 1996 and wen i run nit its warming up , Wat kind of thermostat i have to install .in the book says 160 degrees or 140 degrees but no said exactly Wat kind ....????????????????? :smt100

the exhaust manifolds its over heating the engine compartment , the water pump its new and the thermostat mi concern its the thermostat aim not sure Watt its the temp for the thermostat 160 degrees or 140 degrees i install 160 because the old one it was 160 but the Gui's from west Marin tell me...
