Yeah, kill switch is fine. Its something with the fuel injectors when you rev up it dies off but if you rev up slowly it will run. oh well, should be fixed shortly! oh on that note we got it started, it wasnt getting fuel initially lol

I messed with it for a bit but my neighbors a marine tech so im handing it off to him. The easy fixes I usually try like pumping the throttle a few times etc diddnt seem to workout in my favor. I will let ya guys know what it was though!

Great write up. After have read so many bad reviews about MM I was honestly waiting for the part where they messed something up! I purchased my current 185 from them a few years back and they have always treated me very well for anything i've needed.

Heaters take alot of energy to run, to use anything substantial I would be concerned about battery power. So I would definitely add a second battery if you will be doing this. Post some pictures when you are done for the rest of us to see :)

Ah ok. Yea the canvas is fine. I just completely mangled a bunch of pieces of the tubing from backing in. Theres only a few good pieces of it left!

I wish that were the case. It is basically the entire structure that is mangled beyond belief, so it all of it will need to be replaced. maybe i will just leave it as is and put that money towards my 280da :) Still would really like to know costs though.

So like an idiot i backed my boat into the garage with the bimini up. Needless to say I mangled the support beams for it. Anyone know a good place to get a replacement for this and what the approx cost is?
