I've witness the same problem twice on my Kohler 5ECD. I'm irritated by it. Worried about leaving the battery switches on when she's unattended. But, it's too low on the priority list to tackle. Let us know if you get a resolution! :)

Did this project myself on my 330 last year. The grounding bar is exactly what you want. If you're going to piggy back on to an existing breaker switch, make sure you've got enough headroom (if everything on that switch is on at the same time, will you exceed the rating of the breaker?)...

I can't recall where I got the info, but last year when I got my new 330, I was told that the weight limit (for dinghy and davit) was 300lbs.

The 330 does have dual 30A inputs, but we don't draw enough to need the second cord. We run with one and "transfer" power to the right side of the distribution panel. No significant power drains on the boat. Two fridges (cockpit and the larger of the two in the galley), and the battery...

Each "half" of the stantion has both a 30 and 50 amp breaker. Breaker never trips. The only symptom is that power drops out completely. Weird.

Took some visiting relatives to the locks yesterday (flatlanders never seen so much water in their lives. :)). Small lock was closed and they ran the large lock with 14 or so small/medium boats.
