Guys, anyone here have a contact at GG Schmitt? I know they have been highly thought of for their warranty and customer service in the past. I have a friend trying to fix the ladder on a 380 DA and a 320 DA and they are telling him on the ohone to contact the builder of the boat they only sell...
Hey guys! Finally able to log in again. Not sure what was up but my company had CSR website on lock down... Would anyone with a 400 DA (i have a '98)be able to share the part number for the Engine Room hatch lift. I tried to search but can't find it. I appreciate the advice from the Facebook...
I have two of the perko ones on there now. They don't seat all the way into the opening flush the way they are supposed to. Post #8 http://clubsearay.com/index.php?threads/diesel-filler-cap-oring-o-ring.93855/#post-1100277
I'll chime in here as I have been looking for the correct replacements for a while. I don't know about Dave's 2001, but my '98 Diesel came with fuel deckfills from a company named Marinium. They were bought by Perko. The thread is slightly different and the Perko "replacements" don't fully seat...
Interesting, I just looked through the manual and it does not show a transom shower as an option. It does show a livewell with the switch to operate it labelled as ACCY on the dash. Here is a link to the manual...
Post pic of back of tachs. Some have a metal bracket and a couple studs and I have seen ones that have a screwed on ring to compress against the panel as well.
For what it's worth, a 2001 380 came with an amp for the cockpit to run four speakers and a sub. Although I love my Fusion 770 head unit, that Clarion in the OP will sound great if installed right and has a ton of features. The OEM amp was installed behind the salon sofa back cushion, I beleive...
Yep, I think we have one of those Sea Ray living magazines and remember when she was at the Aquapalooza event Sea Ray put on here on Lake Lanier in 06/07. Had no idea who she was for years and one day I was like is that they same kid they had at the first Aquapalooza? We had a great time at...
Yep, you are spot on as usual Frank, they used some custom brackets, but the B&G and Furuno combo is what I have. The B&G autopilot works with my Garmin 0183 signal output and the new Furuno display unit I am just using as radar and video unyil I can find a chart for my Lake. Huge improvement...
Just to update this, I am in the middle of upgrading the old 1942 radar with a color tft Furuno that is newer and larger. The old display was caulked in place but also had two large knobs holding the unit onto brackets on the backside of the dash. The knobs are accessed by reaching through the...
Thank you, Final Draw, really appreciate the quick response. I don't know who PYI is, could youshare their info? I am assumming they are the dripless manufacturer? You wouldn't happen to have a model number or better yet a company that I can help him order a shaft from would you? We are on Lake...
Hey guys, sorry to ressurect this thread but do you happen to know the specs for a 1991 310 prop shaft? I see the shaft diameter is 1.25" but what length would we need to order? A friend of mine has a bent shaft and I am trying to help him order a new shaft. He has 7.4's with Hurth 630 v-drives...
Ask your marina if you don't know the dock neighbors. Most areas have a "pumpout boat" that will come to each marina and pump your boat out for a fee. Easier than going to the pumpout station and it can be done when you are not there. It cost us $30 vesus $25 at the marina. Prices vary. The...
Maybe I am missing something, but I ordered a T-Mobile home internet all in one 5G modem/router for $50 a month unlimited and I get 300Mbps down and 20Mbps up all over the lake (Lanier) and at our covered dock. No contract and no equipment cost. The router works easily 100 yards away. This is a...
I've been on boats that have the ac pan drains clogged that smell after getting on plane as the water sloshes out of the pan into the cabinet the ac units are in. Has a similar sulphur odor. Check to see if the drains are clear and clean those ac pans and I bet it helps.
