Had same boat and motor. It was a 2002. Boat is fine with 4 people tubing. When skiing we needed everyone up front to get skiers up. Would at times would have 6 people on board. Still able to tube, but skiing was tough except for the light ones.

Use the Noflex on the inside. From the outside squeeze some dawn liquid soap. Flush we with water. Pump out and do it again. May take more than twice but usually not.

If the weather forecast is clear, I remove my carpet and trailer without the cover. Bottom line trailering with any cover on hads more wear and tear to cover.

Do you have the 2 skylight windows on your model? If so good chance it's coming from there. I have a 2011 model that leaked from those windows that ran down through the microwave area.

Had same problem. Just need to tighten the screws of the latch into the boat. May need to add some liguid adhesive as I found on my as the factory did not water proof these screws.

Just installed plug light. Bought the Gatlin model. Little expensive, but love the way it lights the water.

I also would like to hear about the defects. I love my 2011 260 but have had a concern over blisters the last two years. The dealer and searay have fixed them each year, but I am concern that they are coming back in the same spots.

Just had them (swimplatforms.com) build one for my 260. So far it looks great. Can't wait to test it out on the water. They were great to work with.
