5w- 30 vs straight 30
Well the thicker oil will give the engine parts more cushion. The thinner oil will get into the close Tolerances faster for start up wear. There is a balance that you should be concerned with. WE have a 1980 300 SRV 30 ft Boat 11ft 6 in beam twin 351 engines we need two props the largest ones this configuration can handle ( Brass ) is what is on it now. New to forum restoring 1980 30ft sport fisher
WE just bought a 30ft Sport fisher 1980 twin 351. I think the model is 300 but not sure. SeaRay dosen't provide manuals for this boat. I'm wanting to find any information we can get. A repair manual with wire diagram would be very helpful at this point. Thank you and hope Someone here can help...
