I have a 206 sp which is real simular in layout. I put my sub below the rear seat next to the engine compartment. Its a great spot because the sub gets the air it needs to really perform. I was only able to get like a 10" sub in the spot but it is doing damn good for me.

I got my 2006 206 sport back in August of last year. Love it. I get wet in the Alton Pool and usually jump in right beneath the clark bridge at alton (I like the free 99 it costs me to get in). Been boating since I got it and look forward to hearing your stories.
