I love the boat! It has a great layout. The cockpit is huge especially when you turn the helm seats. The cabin is very spacious. I spend every summer weekend on the boat with my wife and three kids and we have more than enough room. The boat handles extremely well in any seas. I...
My splendide washer and dryer leaks from the front drain. I replaced the drain plug with a new one but it didn't help.
Anyone have any ideas what is causing this.
I am interested in getting a RIB for my 48 Sundancer. I have an Achilles with an inflatable floor and a 8 HP yamaha engine but I would like something a little sturdier and fun to use.
I have been looking at the amanzi 350, seems like you get a lot for your money. Does anyone have any...
The splendide unit leaks during the drainage part of the cycle. It looks like it is coming from the pump drain in the front bottom part of the unit. It is the drain which can be remove and collects debris from the machine. When I unscrewed the part the gaskets all looked good. Does anyone have...
I have a 48 sundancer and had problem with my bow thruster charger. The bow thruster all of a sudden became very weak. I checked the charger(promariner) and it indicated low voltage. The voltage on the charger was about 22 v but should of read 29.2 volts. I found a blown 25 amp fuse between...
My salon Air Conditioner drain pan is full of water. It doesn't seem to drain well. I know it supposed to drain into the sump under the salon floor but it doesn't do it well.
I have standing water aft under the salon floor. I think some of it is from the "gray water sump" which splashes out...
I have the same problem. When the sun is shining and it is warm outside, the AC barely cools the air. I think with the huge windows it is hard for the unit to cool the air.
I noticed when I use my fresh water the gauge goes from full to 3/4 and then 1/2 very quickly without much use of water. Does anyone have noticed that on the 48?
Is my sender not working correctly?
I just read your thread. I have diesel and I don't know if we have different transmissions but the transmission mechanic said he has seen a handful of failure with the zf torsional couplings. He is couplings on both engines.
He said that zf has had problems with the cummins/zf combo on the...
The boat is still under warranty. I spoke with ZF transmission repair on Long Island and this has been a problem with the cummins QSC and ZF. The coupler are failing from possible torsional vibration and most likely a poor coupler.
The cummins guy said he has also seen this with the QSC...
Last weekend I was checking my engines and noticed a significant amount of rubber fragments above my port transmission and below my port engine. It looked like a hose but I found no issues and the engine ran fine.
I had Cummins take a look and they said that it was the torsional couplings that...
One of my salon overhead lights is not working. I assume it is a bulb that needs to be changed. I am not sure how to pull down the light fixture and replace the bulb. I tried to pull it out of the ceiling but it was tough.
Ryan, yes that is exactly what it looks like. Where do you get a replacement filter for that?
Rich, do you know the exact size of the carbon filter for the spot free system? I hate ordering from the company because the filters are so expensive.
Thanks
Michael
