Yes the rocks are a concern. We were told there are alot of people around to help dock, so I guess time will tell. Our boat is named JANKO in slip 3:lol:

I just purchased a 27 as well. Picked our slip close to the pool area. I am moving up from a 19.5 which I purchased last July on my birthday. With 2 young kids the 27 allows us to travel the Rideau and let them have a nap. We got the generator for heat and air. Cannot wait> John
