My 1993 7.4L B2 would burn about 15 - 16 gph at 3500 rpm's my cruise rpm was around 3100 burning about 12 - 13 gph. This was my fuel flow meter reading. a little over 3500 rpm the 4 barrel would open the the fuel flow would jump to over 21 gph

My 93 270 weekender cruised at approx 30mph at 12.5gph around 3100 rpms.

You should be abot to find a good used marine unit for around $500. An extra $300 for parts should have you cool if you can do yourself.

We have one that you sit in and it gives a rough ride on the knees or butt. The ones you sit or lay on top are more comfortable to us. We also have a big 2 person 4 ball that gives a calm ride as it rides out of the water on the 4 ball corners. I am selling that one cheap as it is to big for us...

2003 6.0L with 175000 miles and runs great. I do not use a tuner when towing. Had it in the shop 1 time for a sensor problem that cost me $400 when the truck had 145000 miles on it. It you get a 6.0L have a Oasis report ran to see the engine history.

I ran rotella 15-40 in my 7.4L and after 1100 hrs when I sold it it ran like new with even compression across all 8.

Not worth the headache of docking in that tight of a slip. Boating is supposed to be fun and relaxing. Docking can be enough stress without having to squeeze into a slip that is technically to small for your boat.

Sold my boat that had a 7.4L 1993. 1150 hours. Ran like it was just broken in. Get the engines checked and don't worry about those 454's they can run for another 1000 hours no problem if taken care of.

175000 miles with my 2003 6.0L with no issues. Stock tuners do not work to well with the 6.0L

I sold mine end of last summer for less than 1/2 that including trailer.

If it is 4x4 you don't need the DRW. The 250 or 350 will pull it no problem.

240 hours on an 11 year old boat is very low. 22 hours a year.

I installed mine in my present boat. It is alot of work. I did mine in 2 weekends.
