Glad you made it back safely Alex.. It's a shame this had to happen but at least you were close to your homeport ie you could have been on the Detroit River..I've Heard good things about the Lakeside Service Dept and will definately use them if the need arises.. It's nice that they got you back...

I also was on the boat last weekend. Until this year, the owner docked it at the end of our pier. He was very meticulous about his maintenance, and as far as I know, Marine Max did all of the work. SWEET, SWEET BOAT!!!

Had both of my 8.1 impellor's changed last year. Parts $69.84 and labor $285. Did the Genny myself for $27. They charged 1 hour labor for Starboard engine and 1 1/2 hour for the Portside engine.

I traded my 4 in on an M1 KVH. The smaller M1 looks better on the 340. The reception didn't change and I feel it is exceptional. Very seldom lose reception, even at anchor in windy conditions.
