To Ardeprint,yes the dip sticks mark at different position. I will check during the weekend and comeback to you,but maybe you can check it at www.perfprotech.com they have the parts images and part numbers.
My suggestion is to only change the cup ,You didn't say if your props have it,and how much .For example from no cup to light cup,from light cup to medium cup etc
Update ,new fuel pump since old one died,it got better to 3300RPM ,advance the timing also to 12 degree btdc ,I disconnect the vacum line of the fuel pressure regulator and got it to 3600 RPM but is not going with the power of the starboard engine. apparently the fuel pressure regulator is bad...

I feel your pain !!!!!!!! Have your mechanic remove the engine heads and send them to a quality machine shop to get them check and pressurized. I'll bet they are crack inside the water jackets.If they are replace with new ones do not try to fix them. Good Luck
