Use Tilex mold& mildew it comes with Clorox ,maybe you have too try a couple of times .I also keep my ladder shutter open .good luck

Have you verify with your local WESTERBEKE dealer for the repair kit of the raw water pump, is easy to do and no special tools.

The one over the galley area ,I check and isn't leaking . I was washing the boat and felt it when walking.(toward the front of the hatch)

A quick question . anybody found a soft spot around deck hatch ? If so what do you do?

Ardeprint ,I check and yes our engines use 2 different dip sticks #3 on starboard and #2 on port

To Ardeprint,yes the dip sticks mark at different position. I will check during the weekend and comeback to you,but maybe you can check it at www.perfprotech.com they have the parts images and part numbers.

Ps in the case you want higher top end reverse whatever cup you have right now

My suggestion is to only change the cup ,You didn't say if your props have it,and how much .For example from no cup to light cup,from light cup to medium cup etc

Update ,new fuel pump since old one died,it got better to 3300RPM ,advance the timing also to 12 degree btdc ,I disconnect the vacum line of the fuel pressure regulator and got it to 3600 RPM but is not going with the power of the starboard engine. apparently the fuel pressure regulator is bad...

P.S. My props are 16"x17", clean bottom and cruising between 21/24 knots

I feel your pain !!!!!!!! Have your mechanic remove the engine heads and send them to a quality machine shop to get them check and pressurized. I'll bet they are crack inside the water jackets.If they are replace with new ones do not try to fix them. Good Luck

P.S. also try it with Ocean Spray white crambery
