Might be access to some attachment / fastener behind the breaker panel on the opposite side. You would have to remover the breaker panel to gain access...
I really don't think there is too much difference between 1995 thru 1999.... (I think 1999 was the last year of production... maybe 1999 production was split 1/2 330 the other 1/2 340?? Old age is a bitch)
I have purchase both the cockpit cover and Bimini Top (both front and Rear) from Great lakes Boat Top. My boat has the SERP HIN as well… Palm Coast was an “overflow” production facility for the 330, I say this because my boat was delivered from Palm Coast to the original owner in Gross Point Mi...

I took a look around... I cant find any samples. Best bet is to remove and measure. I am almost positive it was 1/4 inch. Might be worth while to buy both? Both sizes are approx. $15 at west marine (2 ft. length)
It has been a while... I don't remember. I believe it was 1/4 inch. I had bought 3/16 and at first, and had to go back when I was not getting enough compression. Boat is all wrapped up, let me see if I have anything laying around I can measure...
Yes they do! Just measure the width and gap if replacing 2 stripes (my 330 has two and I am on the fence about replacing them this spring). They will cut to width and can put "2" or more stripes on one roll.
The larger stripes came off with a Heat Gun, I warmed them up and used a fiber-stick (Plastic stick, not to damage the fiberglass) to peel back a corner and start the process, heating up a few feet at at time and peeling the stripe off. The smaller stripes came off with a " Decal Eraser Wheel...
Hull Stripes - Factory Direct Stripes, they are a sponsor I believe. Check them out. I replaced my Boot Stripes some time ago. The can send you a chart to align with the factory Color on your boat. My Stripes look black from a distance, however they are dark grey with a metallic flake...
You should drill out the attachment holes... make them oversize and fill with West Epoxy Resin then re-drill to size. This will permanently seal the holes and prevent any more moisture from entering.
I believe the underwater exhaust port is secured to the bottom of the boat with several small screws (Sea ray designed the exhaust to be knocked off if during impact with minimum damage to the hull... I think). You would probably need to remove the exhaust inspect the screw holes... may be...
