We've got a 40 Sundancer with QSB425 V-Drive ZF Transmissions (ZF 85 IV) that the starboard transmission started making noise when in gear at idle speed. The boat ran fine, trans temps, pressures and fluid levels all check out but the noise is very noticeable. Looking for some direction...

Looking for help the door stop / latch for the door into the cabin has a small spring on it, mine broke, now the finger doesn't clamp down on the catch mounted on the door. Does anyone know if I can source the entire part or how to replace the spring? Photo attached.

I'm speaking of the center vent within the windshield, it's leaking and running around the inside of the dash and draining out the side. I'd like to replace it but don't want to remove until I have an idea what to replace it with.

I know this has been approached before but I haven't seen an answer, the gasket for the center vent window has anyone found a good solution to replace???

We have a 320 that had a leak in on one of the portlights, you can replace the gasket by contacting Bomar directly and I would suggest also taking the portlight out and reseal. I took ours apart this past weekend and it appears it was never caulked at the factory if that is possible.

I'm looking to remove because I'm getting water in my radar arch and want to take the grab rail off, seal and replace, top bolt is easy through the speaker bottom not so much.

I've seen the same boat with less hours and 7.4L with Bravo 3 for equal or less money. We have a 200 Overnighter and love it but we recently upgraded due to limited space on deck with kids and friends for entertaining. Great trailer boat however.
