I was able to find the plastic version at Walmart, I believe they were Raindance wipers.
when Walmart didn't have them, I would buy them from a bus supply website.
Many of the Trawlers use the same wiper. They cover them with the windshield covers to keep them out of the uv sunlight. They last...
When I bought my boat the PO had already gone through 2 water pumps, and had a non-original equipment pump installed as the third.
It was quiet, a slight humm could be heard when it ran. I then had the boat until 2014 and never had a issue with it.
I think the screen is after the pump. Which is why turning off the pump works. I know I cleaned mine several times and I don't remember having a flood. There is some water that leaks out.
I must admit Ron convinced me to buy a Scan tool, and that made finding engine problems real easy. Now finding a issue and fixing it are 2 separate issues. In almost all cases, I had to ask advice on this forum as to where the device was, and how to replace it.
But in the end it more then...
Well 12 years of ownership, will do that. I can't think of a single system I didn't have to work on. Most of the assistance I received came from this forum.
There are a series of relays next to the CPU board, one of them in that Rely. It's relatively easy to replace. I believe there are 4 in series, you could swap one and see if the error moves, or goes away.
When were the duck bills replaced last? Since the pump is detecting a pressure drop, I don't think the line is plugged, so it sounds like the pump can't build pressure.
I had the same problem at the start of every season. The Starboard engine would prime itself, the Port engine wouldn't.
I would crack the valve on the water pump while someone started the engine, bleed out the air, and then close it.
The engine would stay primed until the following season.

Thanks Erik
Yes, thank you, I listed in General Parts Classified. Thanks for adding the link.
That was one of the best upgrades I purchased for the 380.

Hi
I just added a Custom made Teak Table for a 380 in the classified forum.
I sold my 2002 380DA, and can't figure out how to use it in my new boat, so it's up for sell.

Hi Henry
It's the shop light that is throwing off the grain and color. I have better pictures. There are 4 arms that extend under the leaves that keep the leaves perfectly level. I added 2 more.
