  • In a years old post, you said you weighed your 270 with twin 4.3 and triple axle aluminum trailer at 11300. Do you remember if that was dry, full of fuel and water, half each, loaded with gear, etc.... Any idea if that weight was a max, low, or average? I'm cutting it fairly close on some capacities with trailer and truck and like to stay in spec.

    Yep I also did the port side fuel gauge. Not much fun but I like everything 100% on my boat.

    So here's a technical question: the fuses in the panel near the windlass switch, is there a way to identify what they are assigned to other than pulling each one and see what doesn't work?

    Unfortunately not that I know of. Of course boat wiring is color coded so you can get a clue from that. Color codes are in the manual. The fuse panel is not the best as I had an intermittent radar and found it was the fuse holder and connector rivet loose on that board. Not the best design but cheap I imagine.
