Looking for the owner of Tapped Again to answer some questions about rigging and running gear. This is one of the nicest done SeaRay 370EC s we have seen.

If the boat is documented may find the owner on the Coast Guard Documentation web site.

What are you looking for? I have a 1999 370EC.. love the boat.

sorry just noticed your reply, to answer, We are looking for that particular boat because of the factory or added options and hopefully the original owner will know of the origin and part #'s

It was for sale and listed by a broker, who was no help. We did get some info that we needed. I was trying to find out where his gauge panels came from. And his anchor too. I sent the photos of his dash to a couple of vendors , Techographics owned up to the panels, they remembered the guy, they didn’t give up his name but knew his hailing city and state. Sea Ray themselves had some intell on the anchor he used. Kinda the same deal. Thanks for sharing.

I had a rough experience whenbi tried to locate and get in touch with a p.o. of our boat . The person I purchased it from didn't register it and only owned it for a season do my looking for them was for two reasons . I needed an affidavit from them to satisfy transport Canada and I wanted to know maintenance history. I searched for them locally and many.people commenting on my post with a local boating Fb group expressed they certainly would not want to be tracked down. Boy were they right and I caught an earful from the p.o. when I did get to finding them . In the end it all worked out but man did I ever feel sorry for trying.
Hopefully you get a warmer response if and when you find the owners you're looking for

So, You don't want to buy the boat you saw, you just happen to like what the owners did so you can replicate? Not sure when you find the owners whether they'd feel humbled by your search on an open forum like this, or scared. I'd be scared.

Also in regards to you not getting help from Searay and Technographicss. I'm sure they have certain protocol as far as giving information out to just anyone. Good business practice would prevent that. At least I hope so. I'm sure your intent was good natured but too many wackos out there.
