Does anyone know a part number for the 12v switch that runs the water system pump? I need a lighter one, green.
Any help appreciated!

So I guess it was the bad switch . Darn . I hope you find out the part source for the little green eyed toggle . I hope mine forever go bad because i would probably either use a no eye one or just change them all to rocker switches with red eyes like i did for the thermostat and switch assembly I made up for the fridge. Oh old boats with obsolete parts lol . There are some boat bone yards around I would try an find one close and go on a scavenger hunt for useful goodies I'm currently looking for a depth gauge for mine lowrance 3400 with a badly damaged bezel . New gauges don't world with our old transducer they changed the frequency apparently. Ill post pics of my fix for that lil problem when I get around to doing it . Back to work for now boat tomorrow

Try Aliexpress they have lots of options there and cheap but you wait forever for shipping!

Do yes, it was the switch after all. It been a week or so since I've had it fixed. It's tough to get the plumbing at the water heater to stop dripping. The original pump works perfect! The original water heater works perfect. I now have got and cold water onboard and had to make a little modification to allow the water reservoir to fill easily. It was regurgitating for to blocked up ait outlet. I think s spider made a home in the St
steel vent. Next big thing is the bellows, gimbal etc. $840.00 for this repair, Tom uses genuine mercruiser parts and hopefully this will turn out well. Thanks a million times for all the great help on here. This site has saved me time and money, but more importantly, shown me something I had a little bit lost sight of: They're are an awful lot of great people in this world!!

Thanks for the info about the switches from flounder pounder . I don't need any at the moment save one that has an led out but will get some for when I do. Jack the first year is Always hard on the wallet when getting the bugs out if a new to you boat . It seems you are doing things right and you'll enjoy years from your boat as a result .

Thing is, this boat head almost no marks on it anywhere. I almost out one on it! Loving this life on the water
