Fold down aft seat?
I believe the 07's are the same as the 06's.
 
Hmmm, I haven't seen any 260's that have that. My 310 does, and I really like it

I know I've seen pictures where the seat folds in. Oh gosh, more research to be done. Maybe someone out there knows if any 260s have that....

I really want that option even if it means going up to a 280. Doesn't matter what year it is.

Go big or go home! HUGE foldaway seat..., okay, at least, it looks like it folds away...
 
I was thinking you were talking about the very back of the transom.
I call it a rumble seat. I know that's not the proper term though.

Definitely hire a surveyeyor if you are having to insure the boat . Almost every marina requires insurance and the underwriter will want a clean survey. Boats can look great and be rotten to the core .
