had a small fan plugged into the out let when it just stopped. 2 outlets on the starboard side are dead. One on port side is fine.

Pulled both outlets out and inspected all connections ....all are good, no indication of arching or other issues.
Circuit breaker is fine. Starboard fridge (dual voltage) works as its on the same circuit.

Is it possible circuit break is bad? I'm stumped....

Do you have two breaker panels? One in the cabin and one in the engine room? Do you know what else is on that circuit?

Copy on all, will check today.

Look for a GFCI outlet and reset it.
I found the gif circuit, wasn't tripped, but I reset anyway, no luck. Outlets are still dead.

Check gfci outlets for reset. Some can he hidden, like in the head’s cabinet, behind the microwave, etc
Looked and looked, and no luck. Only have1 gfi outlet in galley and wasn't tripped. I reset and still no power to the outlets.

I have two panels. Doubled checked all switches ...and all are good...by good I mean they weren't tripped

Zim - there should be more than one GFCI. Check your owner's manual - on my boats the OM shows where they are...I recall there were two in my 340 and three in my 410...
