the corian countertop around the sink on my 320, in the cockpit, is faded. I verified it is Corian by checking the parts catalogue. Has anyone used Rejuvinate on it? It’s a product at Home Depot, supposedly will bring back the “shine and luster”. If not, what product did you use on the outside Corian countertop?

Link to rejuvenate.

I had the same issue on our 2006 260DA. I tried everything imaginable. I never got around to it, but research finally revealed that a rubbing compound and a wool pad was the ticket. We sold the boat before I tried it.

I work with Corian a lot and the best part about it is the fact that virtually any surface damage can be removed via abrasives.

Sanding is best, but raising a smelly dust cloud inside a boat is not good. Wet sanding to 600 grit will bring back a nice finish with a matte sheen with no dust.

Compound is fine, but you’ll sling schmutz everywhere and doing it by hand is far less effective.

Any chance you can remove the part to work on it outside?

get a sander u can hook up to a shop vac, if the shop vac has a filter and a bag you'll get 95% of the dust and the sander needs to be a random orbital and start out with 220 and keep going finer till u like the shine. In the corners u can hand sand that first then sand with the sander. I got a sander and vac that I use thats 98% dust free. sand paper for the sanders can get as fine as 6000 grit which u only use for a mirror like finish but if you go up to 500 or 1000 grit it should be shiny enough if not go finer. corian brand is softer than most so it should sand easy

Here are some pictures of before and after. Each time I treat it, it dries and looks little bit better each time. The second pic is 10 minutes after the third treatment.
I will keep going for a few months and see if eventually the color holds.
No way I can remove, it was a bear just replacing the faucet!
I used the rejuvenate countertop polish mentioned above, not bad for 9$.
