Not really, I don't know that the cable is easily replaced. That being said, you might contact some avionics shops that work on airplanes, they might be able to replace it.My handset is working but I need the cable, any recommendations ?

The cord on mine that was on our 06 260DA was rotten. The end of the cord inside the handset has glue/epoxy formed in a block to make it waterproof inside. I carefully took a razor blade and separated the glue/epoxy from another handset and used the cord to replace mine as the old handset did not work. Replacing the cord fixed my issue. I used a little silicone to waterproof the mic when I reinstalled.

Might be the right cable, but it won't be easy to replace... both ends are molded to the cable. The mic end has a very small connector that will take a special crimper and contacts. Not sure about the other end other than being molded on.Not sure if its inappropriate to post the link/ad but will this replace the infamous cord of the handset ?

I took some rubber tape and wrapped the wires where the outer insulation had disintegrated and then dipped the whole cord in PlatiDip (the stuff you dip your tool handles in). It worked great till I broke a pin off at the speaker connector. I sold the handset on eBay and installed a nice iCom IC-M400BB.
Added a picture to my post...Thanks Jim, will try it.
