Need one anybody have an idea where I can find one? You know the plexiglass covered fuse box not being made anymore.

I am not even close to being able to having that skill. The problem is the lights won't come on in any of the control panel on the dash. All items are on all the time meaning blower pump lights horn. I have to pull the fuses to get them to stop. Something is keeping the power on all the time to the panel.

whats your location
I am in Salt Lake City. What I am experiencing is everything is on. Meaning the lights pumps and blower. None of the lights on the accessory panel work. I replaced the panel so it is new. I have had to pull the fuses for everything otherwise the horn and blower lights and bilge pump are running or blowing. I think a new interface module is the only thing left to replace. Cannot locate one.

I am in the same boat. Looking for a EIM. I bought the switch but I am pretty it is the EIM. Trying to source a place that repairs them if can't get a new one.

If for some reason you get lucky and find some place that repairs them let me know if I do find some place that has any I will also let you know thanks.

I tried calling one place that I thought can repair it after extensive searching. The lady on the phone was very polite and said they have since closed the shop. However she refer me to company that can repair in Italy. I emailed that company but didn't get a reply. I am not having much luck either.

the EIM is the biggest wet dream a designer ever got into and out of his friggen mind, hard wiring the box is not that hard and easily understanable

I know this sounds like a stupid question but why is there no support from Sea Ray on this particular interface module? There's got to be a ton of boats out there that have this problem.

Poorly designed obsolete part that they have no intension of producing anymore ? Just a guess.

Glad I sold mine before it failed.

The company that produced it sold off the product line to another company that did not integrate this into their product offerings. Overall it is not a really bad idea - this is just CANBUS and used in almost every vehicle on the road today. The problem comes down not to the tech but the lack of available inventory.

Much like a classic car that parts are no longer made for sometime it will requires some custom wiring. The switches can be tied to relays to control all the function. Not horribly complicated but it is a large amount of cabling that needs to be done.

We have been putting in some R&D to look at a solution but the problem for us would be the ROI as not enough of these fail to support the upfront costs and keep the costs under what it would cost to rewire.

Does anyone know if the module peanut replacement assembly part number 232-1153 is a substitute for this electronic Module I was just offered this from a Sea Ray Dealer in Colorado as a replacement part for this does not have a picture of it so I can't be sure however the price is 825 so I don't want to order it unless I am assured it is a replacement part because it is not returnable
