I took our 1989 Sea Ray 210 BR out yesterday for the first time this season with a prospective buyer. The engine is a Mecruiser 350. There was a little oil on the floor of the bilge and it appears to be seeping out around the fuel pump. It looks like it's coming out of the pump, not where the pump attaches to the block. After being on the water for about an hour it had seeped a little more.
Does oil run through the fuel pump? Is this is a rebuildable part or do I just swap out the pump?
Thanks for any advice.

Coming out of the weep hole on the side of the pump? Then bad oil seal and time to replace pump.

Thanks for the response. I'll have to climb back in there tonight and pinpoint location. Is this a part that can be purchased at the Auto parts store or is it marine specific?

marine specific unless you want to go up in flames when the fuel pump starts leaking fuel
