Replacing SR Navigator DA 420

Hi all, I want to replace the srn in my 05 DA420. The original left panel has been replaced with a Raymarine hybrid touch display in 2015. Radar as well. I have the fully mechanical engines, so no need for engine data display, but I am thinking of adding a FLIR camera in the future. What units will fit in the srn hole, and are there any special features that I should be looking for? Rank newbie here... Thanks all

I would stick with Raymarine since you already have a newer one with radar. Likely a 12" will fit in the area just fine. You can get the dimensions from the raymarine website, or call this sites host at BOE Marine.

Luckily one of the sites sponsors Technographics, made the original dash panel and can make a brand new one. You just tell them what your boat is, what gauges you are keeping and what display your adding and they cut the dash out and send it to you - takes a week or two if I recall.

Nothing "fits" in the hole that was cut for the Navigator system.
Mine had a E120 on the left and Navigator on the right. I bought a second E120 and found the cutout was too small. Removed the sub-panel, enlarged the hole for the E120, no issues.

Thank you all for your replies. So, the unit on the left that has been replaced is a 12 inch eS, and the circa 2015 radar is an open array HD color unit. It appears that the autopilot is original (which I think means it is not compatible with Lighthouse 3, ruling out the Axiom units). I will probably replace the SRN with another eS unit. Will the new unit get signal from the same transducer as the current one, or does it require a new transducer to be installed? Same question concerning the GPS antenna. Thanks!

I replaced my SRN with another E120 two years ago, Purchased the wires and connectors to have them communicate to each other, one unit works as the slave unit.
