Blue Angels at Quonset June 9-10, 2018

I haven't attended this show before, but was considering heading over for the weekend with the boat. I saw a thread from a few years back, wondering if anyone else is thinking of going this year? Is there a good anchorage near the show, or marinas nearby that are good for transient slips, moorings?

We go every year and you can anchor just where you see them all taking off and do all their air stuff. It’s awesome

I haven't been to that show, but the one here in Michigan at Selfridge is awesome. Highly recommend going. The Blue Angels are awesome to watch. Here are a couple pics from their Selfridge show a couple years ago.

Yes, it’s a good show but you don’t want to stay out there overnight. Book in East Greenwich, Newport, Jamestown or any number of great places nearby- depending on what you like. Day trip it to the show.
