Resurrecting a 94 Avon dinghy and need recommendations for a good paint for transom paint. Thanks.

I used Interlux Bilgkote. It has held up well. Our dinghy is not in the sun constantly so I don't know how it holds up to UV.

Just go to HD or Lowes and get some Rustoleum Marine Top Coat. Inexpensive and decent quality.
