i have some light oxidation midway down the hull, and a little underneath the swim platform, other than that the boat looks good and the blue is still very dark color under the bow flare. had it waxed last year and the oxidation wasnt removed. anyone have any ideas on how to remove it? i was reading some people say meguirs flagship cleaner wax, then i saw a product called buff magic. anyone have any success stories? thanks

We were just talking about this see my thread below. Below is what they used. In your case if you can see the oxidization then your going to have to compound. I don't think the product you use makes a huge difference. I think it's more important how you do it. A wool pad and a rotary buffer is going to give you the best results.
I have always used Meguiars products... I have tried 3M but never got great results until I had someone else do it and I am really happy with the results. I also have never used Collinite wax before. I bought a can to give some areas an extra coat... It went on and off very easily... Now just have to see how it lasts

Good luck!

They used:
3M Imperial with a white pad
3M Finesse It with a yellow pad
Collinite paste wax
