So I bought my boat in 2013 and used her for 2 seasons in CT before moving to Hawaii. She was neglected and I really focused on cleaning up the interior (vinyl and stuff) to keep the admiral happy. She was stored from early 2014 to mid 2017. We ran her all last season and mechanically she’s great but there is some serious oxidation I’m working through now. Here are some pics of the stbd side (not yet compounded, polished or waxed) and the port side (freshly compounded, polished and waxed). Next up is the Non-skid!

I use an old wool buffing pad, one that I'm about to throw away, and wax the no-skid on slow setting (about 400 rpm). Takes the wax off easily.

I haven't done the non-skid yet but plan on using sure step. I've read some reviews and watched their youtube video it seems like a good product. I'll let you know once I get it done, it'll probably be a couple of weeks since I still have to compound the stbd side.
