The fuel pump relay in my engine wiring harness had a connection issue that melted the plastic around one of the pins in the block that the relay plugs into. I am familiar with crimping and repining and would like to save costs by just replacing the block and pins. Does anyone know where I can get those materials? In my research, all I have found is a full wiring harness for somewhere between $800 to $1200. It seems to me that I would save time and money just replacing the block and repining the connection.

Any information would be helpful.

Thank you, that was exactly what I was looking for.

Sounds like you have it, I went to auto parts store, bought a 14v 40A relay, and the bought a bunch of quick connects, wired it up following diagram, and I have been good to go since. I did add heat shrink on all 4 connections as well.
