I haven't spent a lot of time looking, but in a couple of brief attempts, I have not located a drain for the integrated fender locker on my 400. Is there one? Has anyone installed one? Seems like there should be several to keep water out and not sitting in the bottom.

I recall 2 drains in the fender storage compartment, that are piped to drain thru to the bottom of the swim platform.

Thanks! Piped? Are they just holes or do they actually run the water somewhere else?

All internally part of the swim platform.
I’m nowhere near my boat or I’d snap a pic.

What did you find for this? The fender locker on my new to me 400EC keeps filling with water - appears the top cover seals are cracked and leaking badly. Is there an optional cover/replacement for this? We will never use it for fenders as ours are all too large. Would prefer to "fix it right" and be able to use it in the future for something.

There are definitely 2 rather small drains piped to drain to the underside of the platform. This compartment is completely open on top except for a few I’ve seen online with covers. Could be prototypes or custom?

Unfortunately, no drains in mine that I can find. Its a 1994, so the drains may have been added to fix the water collection problem. The bottom material is pretty thick, so I'm guessing its cored, so don't want to just drill a hole and expose the coring to water . . . Will see if re-sealing the top cover fixes the issue, if not, then will try to install some drains - maybe drill some larger holes so I can epoxy any exposed coring if needed.

Yes, I found my drains. They're small and were clogged so they weren't functioning until I opened them up. But you may in right in that they didn't have them in 1994. Hard to say.

Where were yours? Maybe mine got painted over . . .

If you're standing on the lower swim platform, looking into the fender cabinet, they are in the very back corners in the extreme left and right sides.
