The original bridge TV mount was on the starboard side of the Radar Arch just above the back rest of the lounge. Perfect for hitting your head on but utterly useless for televiewing! I installed a rod mount starboard of the instrument panel and modified a bait table mount to accommodate a 24 inch flat screen so now everyone including the captain can enjoy the show.
I still need to run the wires but plan to run them up the inside of the mount so wires will be completely hidden, hence the 2 inch rod mount.
Merry Christmas everyone!

I want to do this, another upgrade! That would be nice to watch the Bulldogs win there bowl game up on the bridge. Can you post some more detailed pics or what you ordered?

Looks great! When we were shopping, we saw a couple that had the TV mounted there. The mount on the starboard side of the arch drives me nuts because the TV does not sit “square with the world.”

Did you remove the mount on the arch and what did you do with the holes? We watch football a lot on the bridge TV-almost like a tailgate! I wish my helm chairs were recliners!

Agree with watching the Dawgs whip the Sooners as we will watch on the boat!

I will be happy to do that. Hanging in Maui until the 11th though. I’ll post pics and parts on my return. Won’t take too much to get it wired so I’ll post then.

I did remove the old mount and am just planning to install chrome or white plastic plugs in the holes in case a crazy future owner wants to put it back original.

Looks great!
