personal health milestone reached...

Great news! I am inspired by all the stories here of those that have beaten it! I have my first set of butt pics (sdarc I did get a chuckle out of that) next month as an early Christmas gift from me to me... Glad to hear the prep is the worst of it.

I agree with Gimme Time, tomorrow is not a guarantee I just work to support my boating habit and my spouse and children's phone habits...

Thanks Cliff.

My Father-in-Law had prostate cancer as well. I am not sure at what stage he was, but had his prostate removed. This was about 8 years ago.

Last month he was diagnosed with colon cancer after going in for his colonoscopy. Immediately he went in and had surgery two weeks ago. They removed about 6" of colon. He's doing great.

We're a small family & this really had us worried, especially after he beat prostate cancer, thinking this may have tied into it. We are truly blessed.

My sentiments exactly! That is why I decided to quit waiting until I retired and bought my 400 Sedan Bridge now. I am planning on doing the Great Loop also.
Do you stay on the water in KW? If so where?

Steve
We will be first staying at Stock Island Marina which is basically at the end of the airport run way about 3,000’ East as you cross the last bridge onto KW. Stayed at Coch Harbor last time and thought we’d try a little bit lower key for a little while anyhow. Plus the golf course is across the highway on the Golf/Gulf side ! Anybody going to be down PM me for a get together as we have wheels & the KW moped. Looks a little funny riding the moped with clubs on the back so might see if I can store them there this year!
