The coach in the salon area of my 1990 39 Sea Ray Express is supposed to make into a bed. Are there any archive records that will show how this is done or list the parts needed.
All that is in the bag for converting the couch into a bed are two long cushions that make up for the length of the couch and a half moon piece to fill in the small circular area. Along with three short poles that are supposed to fit into the long cushions.
The backs of the couch do not come apart they are part of the boat.

I know this is an oooollllddd post but this is an exact question I have. Looked at a 1990 390 express cruiser in great condition today but owner said the couch didn't pull out into a bed. I couldn't see how it would either. Here's a picture. Does anyone have intel on this or has anyone replaced with a couch that does convert to a bed?

The table that is supposed to be in the cabin drops down, and then the main cushion for the couch slides out and onto the table, and there are two filler cushions that go where the main couch cushion WAS.

Ahhhh gotcha 390x, I'm pretty sure he doesn't have those filler cushions so I'll have to innovate on that one. Thanks a lot.
