Is there a way to get better pressure from the head and transom shower? It's pretty bad. Thanks

On Surflow pumps there is a screw at one end you adjust the pressure with. If I was to adjust the water pressure on our boat I would first put a gauge in the system (Endo of hose) and see what we have. On the sure flow pump we have its range is 35 on 55 off. it is not as good as house pressure.

The fresh water pump on my boat was a 45psi pump, I changed it out to a 55psi pump. It help with the pressure quite a bit.

My water pressure is not good also. During off season I plan on adding an accumulator and 100 psi pump

If you have decent pressure at other faucets, you make just need to clean the shower head and the aerator of the transom shower. They get a lot of calcium build up.

We have an accumulator. All they do is give you constant pressure for longer but the pressure drops off to the low set point on your pump before the pump goes back on. The only way I see to get constant high pressure is to have a very close range on the pump IE low 50PSI high 55PSI or what ever pressure you want.

Check the screens at the faucet. Mine get a little sand built up over time and I loose about half the pressure.

Thanks. Both the head and transom shower are low. I pulled the head off and still low pressure. The kitchen sink is ok. I'll do more checking.

Is it the same when the pressure is provided from the dock inlet, pump or both? If it's only when connected to the dock then you may have a failing/clogged regulator. I also believe the original Jabasco's were regulating to 35psi.
