Can someone help me out on what these are called, and where to purchase them?

It's a rubrail endcap. Google it, can find them at most of the marine stores (West Marine, Wholesale Marine, Great Lakes Skipper etc).
 
And by the way I don't think they get screwed on like the one pictured..... most of the time they have tabs on the back.

Remove yours and see how it's supposed to attach.

They are on a 2000, 270 Sundancer we are purchasing. As you can see, they need replacing.
 
Congratulations on the new-to-you boat! If those rub rail ends are your priority fixes, it sounds like you found a good one.

Thanks! Only a couple of minor issue's. Horn doesn't work, and the fridge isn't working. I'll have those repaired in a few weeks.
