Does anyone know where the sender is on the 100 gallon plastic tank fitted for a single diesel engine is. Looking at the manual it doesn't show a sender (apart from the petrol version).

I need to gain access as I have diesel bug and need to get access to the tank?

I am buying boat this weekend so relying on manuals.

Can any one help?

Also how you take out the water tank above the full tank does it just slide out

Hi Dean

You bought a great boat enjoy, I had the same 2005 315 with KAD300 DP-G drive.

As mentioned by @cp_71 the sender is there and you can clean the bottom of tank from there which I did it once two years.

If you don't have generator like mine you have empty space between batteries and hot water heater, and by sliding the batteries towards HWH or removing them you'll gain acces to slide the fresh water tank there and take up the tank above the engine's port side.
