I woke up this morning and my boat horn was blowing. I wiped the interior down last night after using it. Is this a common problem ? Will I need to replace the button.

Thanks, I will look in to this. I'm sure my neighbors will appreciate it.

Do you have a battery switch? If you have it in the off position for the night I don't think the horn works. Does sound like you have a short or a bad switch. My shop told me the horn on my 205 was a known failure waiting to happen. It's weak now. I carry a couple of air horns as backup until I get around to replacing it.

Thanks, I do not have a battery switch but I'm considering adding one. I'm thinking it's the horn button. When I jumped in the boat and pushed it a couple times it stopped sounding.

Sounds like a sticky switch. Should be an easy swap out. Good luck.
