I changed out my battery for my 2012 220 Sea Ray Sundeck yesterday. Afterwards, the engine started up great. I then noticed that my Garmin would not turn on, the trim did not work, and the only way I was able to cut off the engine was using the kill switch. Is there a reset switch when changing the battery? Does anyone have any insights?

By simply unhooking and changing the battery, No
Recheck your work for and missing wires

Did you clean the connections? Bad grounds can sometimes do wonky things to your electrical system.
