So, I'm new to the dry storage marina, do you guys tip the staff when they launch your boat? My initial feeling is no if it is just a launch but when gassing up or pumping out then yes. Thoughts please.

I tip a little for gas and prolly will tip the fork lift guys EOY.
 
I believe the customary thing to do regarding tipping is to tip when someone brings you something, not takes it away. If you'd like to go out of your way on both ends, an act of kindness will always go a long way.
 
To the fork lift guys, we are the rich dudes. I give the them a couple bucks and a cold bottle of water and they greatly appreciate it.
