Does anyone know the specs. on the high water bilge pump for a 2000 340 Sundancer?
I need to replace mine and all the data is completely worn off.
The parts manual shows only a single pump, but I have a low water and high water pump.
The one that is listed in my parts book only says 1500 GPH.
thanks.

which location I can look at mine tomorrow. I know of the main in the bilge back by the rudders, and the one ifn the back floor of the aft cabin.

I have two in the bilge by the rudders. One is at the lowest point of the bilge. That one is fine. Another one about a foot away is raised up about 6" above the low one. This raised one (back up high water bilge pump) is what needs replacing. I don't have one near the aft cabin, with the exception of the one for the shower sump. I'm pretty sure it is a Rule 1500. I looked that one up on line and physical dimensions, etc. seem to match the one I pulled out to be replaced.

OK I will crawl back there and take a look at both.

as far as cabin ones, I have a shower sump but right at the base of the aft cabin floor there is a small access hole that pulls up, and there is a bilge pump therr for the cabin if its ever gets wet.

I am pretty sure they are both RULE 1500 gph pumps.....I replaced the 1500 gph primary pump with a RULE 2000 gph when it stopped working....the original high water pump still works fine....the new pump fit into the base mount of the original pump so no need to remove the original mount that is screwed to the bilge floor.....just detach the pump from the mount.....good time to replace the float switch as well while you are back there....

The Low --------------------> Rull 1500 GPH
Believe for the High -------->Rull 2000 GPH
Best to also replace Both of the Switch's!
And replace the Alarms as well! To sleep better at Night !

I have the same boat, and there is a pump in the mid stateroom under the floor. There is a lift panel under the front edge of the pull out.
I replaced my main and high water pumps with 2000 GPH units. Getting at them is NOT fun.

How did. You get at them? Did fou have to dismantel the exhaust mana fold pipes?

Old thread, but I did have to pull port side exhaust off and take out the center support that holds the radiator overflow bottles to get my skinny ass down in there.(only my ass is skinny :) )
