I've repaired the older version and this one seems about the same. Thought I would see if anyone else has this model rig and what you did to resolve. Just all 4 duck bills and/or the diaphragm switch? (bowl holds water, so no leak there)
Thanks.

Does the system develop suction and flush? If it does and the pump continues to run the switch is the most likely cause.

The duckbill valves are the most prime problem. The switch rarely ever goes. You can tell if the duckbill vales are junk by the way they are shaped.

I would start with the duck bill valves....do all 4 at the same time....you do not want to do this again any time soon...I had to replace the valves in my system.....I used an old wash cloth and rubber band to seal off the opening to the holding tank when I removed the pump to service the valves.....

I replaced the duck bills as well as the switch in mine. It still occasionally runs on, but by and large it's working great. I noticed that it tends to happen more when the tank is above the 1/2 mark.

If you do replace the valves (4) I recommend that you dump about a gallon of liquid laundry detergent down the head right before you do, it really flushes out the line and vacuum chambers pretty well. Don't use anything that makes suds. It cut down on the mess and smell quite a bit and it really wasn't as bad of a job as I was expecting.

So....sounds like we are about 50/50 on the duck bills versus the switch thing!
I suppose I will change the cheapest thing first. (Duck bills) and then will see what happens.
Yes, the suction is still there and works fine.

I had this same exact senerio. Started on duckbill valves. Rebuilt the pump. Turned out to be a bad switch. Replaced switch and all my problems went away. Good luck. It's a crappy job!
