Looking for some assistance... looks like my winterizing wasn't as good as I thought it was. The hose bib at the stern for the deck was seems to have cracked off from the winter. Not sure how to access the pipe itself to repair... anyone else dealt with this? Thanks!

I get that it can be repaired... I just don't know how to get behind it to the plumbing...

Not my boat but same layout... it was mounted where the red X is. Don't know how to get get behind it to plumbing.

Not overly familiar with your specific model, but it looks like you might get at the plumbing from the bilge. Pull the engine hatches, get down on top of the shelf and try to access it. At least stick your head or your phone down there (upside down, facing up) and get a good visual. If it broke off like I'm imagining, the plumbing may be flopping around somewhat loose.

All that said... that looks like a bad place for that spigot to be mounted. Looks like it just begging to be a trip hazard or for it get broken off. I would take this opportunity to mount it in a better spot. Plus, it will might actually make things easier since you can just trace that CPVC line back to it's source and disconnect it there. Or at least cut it in a more accessible area and then run a new line to your new spigot spot. Somewhere under that port-side panel (rod holder area?) might make a good spot. Or possibly a spot further forward.
