I get the throttle backing off also but only if running at certain speeds. If at 2350 it falls off ,at 2450 not so much.I have deisels though but it should be about the same controller. If you learn anything let me know.Glen

Glen hoping to get down to the boat early in the new year have a few ideas on how to correct the issue might just be setting the tension from underneath fingers crossed its that easy.

Has there been any updated dash, new gauges, instrumentation etc. Looking for ideas for winter project mostly looking at getting rid of push in breaker to something like this

and new switches as well to something similar

I have a couple of projects I want to do this spring. One is to replace non-operational ice maker in my galley with a refrigerator. I'm hoping someone else here has done this and can offer me some help with regard to brands that will fit. My searches haven't turned up anything. Next is adding a flat screen TV in front of the access panel for the helm electronics. Does anyone have advice or pictures to share?

What are your dimensions

I'm sorry to say, I don't know. The boat is still shrunk with no access door. I was hoping to get someone with the same boat to offer their solution?

If you can get the dimensions from another member, PM me. I work in the appliance business

Excellent. I will see if I can sneak into the boat and measure out the largest sizes I can fit, and get back to you. It may take a few days.

I fixed my ice maker last season ,cost me $35 for the part.We use it more for a frezer than for ice though.Works great for when we take extra food for extended weekends or for stocking up while on a trip.I did install a vitrifrigio refridgerator also ,lots more room than the old no cold.

JZ those switches are cool but no longer available, let us know if you find something else,my push on push offs are getting finicky.I think they are carlson or blue sea systems breakers.

Hey guys anyone know what model and ratio the transmissions would be with 1990 7.4L 454's. I can say they are not the hurth and should be velvet drives but not sure what ratio they would be

new350ec,i put a 32"flat screen on that panel two seasons ago.Had a new door made where the old tv was and put a piece of black formica down where the slides were.I then installed a dowel in the lower locker for hanging shorts etc.I hooked the tv into the salon sony stereo and it plays dvds to the tv and sound from the movies.I would replace with a smart tv next time to stream concerts etc.

Has anyone found a replacement or parts for the eberhard sliding door latch ,my lock pin is bent.

New to this forum and new to the Sea Ray way of life we went from a 32 Marinette to the 350/370 Sundancer we only got to use the boat a couple times before we had to put her away for the winter. But I was wondering if any of you guys are still around and doing refits to your boats.

Thanks
Ed

Does anyone have a diagram or blueprint showing the location of the supports/stringers underneath the floor in the cabin? I have a feeling there is water below the floor and I have not been able to find any way to access this area.. I was planning to cut in some 6" dia access covers.

Does anyone know if the large panel above the entrance to the aft cabin comes off to gain access to the back of the dash? It looks like it is a removable piece, but I cannot figure out how it is attached.

Barros57,

I am currently installing electronics on ours I will look tomorrow but if I remember right there are studs mounted to backside of the panel with nuts from the back side that you get to through the dash.

I looked further at the panel, mine has 8 screws going from the top side down in to the backside of the panel.

You can get to them from the left angled side of the dash as long as you have a cut out there for electronics. I just cut mine out for a Garmin 8212 and I was able to see the screws.
