So it's that time of year again, to start planning on our annual raft-up in Zach's bay for the air-show.

This year the USAF Thunderbirds will be there.

The 2017 Bethpage Air Show at Jones Beach will take place Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday May 27th and Sunday May 28th from 12 P.M. – 5 P.M.!

So far I know I will be there and Dean and Tammie will be there, Who else?

Yes sir, we usually head out Friday drop anchor behind the Statue of Liberty and wait for Greg,etc. then Sat morning meet others and head out to Zachs Bay if you'd wanna follow?

Sounds like a plan. I moved to west shore also. I get unwrapped on April 1. Can't wait
 
Toss up between that and Fire Island for me.. leaning towards fire island though.. if we end up in Zach's we will come say hello this year!

Ok Guys,

At this moment in time Holly as agreed we are in! So maybe we can follow Dean and Tammie over. I have always wanted to do the air show.

Not sure where you go on Fire Island but I remember hearing something about Watch Hill being closed for renovations.
 
Air show is a fantastic day. We do it every year. I may have to skip this one though because my nephew is graduating college that weekend and It looks like I'm going to that.
 
We will make the long trip over to Zachs as well.
Probably go Friday and spread out
 
We'll do our annual migration (lost a snow day so school on Friday) we'll leave after school and anchor behind the statue and leave sat morning. Hold me a spot Ron.
