5th Annual Dominic Annunziata Memorial Rendezvous -Farley State Marina, AC, NJ

Frank

Glad you're considering it. Best said, check out the 4th paragraph of the 1st post in this thread, and just below that is a link to the video of last year's rendezvous, and here is a link for the 2015 rendezvous.... https://youtu.be/Yy0C2BXloIw

If pictures paint a thousand words, video paints one hundred thousand.

Thanks. Looks like a good time. How long does it take you to get there from up here? Still looking for a place to dock our boat. Thinking about Atlantic highlands marina or Molly pitcher. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I'm in Brick. Lots more to do down there. I had a boat on the Raritan Bay for one season - very close to home but not much to do. The "commute" to Brick is about 1/2 hour, a bit more if you stay off the GSP.
If you're coming to AC from Raritan Bay it's a pretty long ride. From the tip of Sandy Hook, it's about 90 miles to Absecon Inlet (that's 78 nautical miles for our diesel powered friends).

Bump.... considering how warm it is, I thought we would have more signed up by now...

I'd sign up, but Ron said I can't come unless I buy a boat.

6 more additions to the manifest.

Make that 7 additions...

I may soon have a change to my manifest details... but Lisa and I will be there nonetheless. :)

I hope it is due to good news!

Panic! Cheryl just called and said that our niece, who has been reticent in sharing her wedding plans, has suddenly announced that she's marrying the mail room boy on July 9th. Total panic about having to explain that I wasn't going to be able to attend the wedding, I mean that I was going to have to cancel attending the rendezvous weekend. Happy to see that they're different weekends. Whew. Dodged divorce court, again!

Best regards,
Frank

3 more boats added to the list.

U wanna change that countdown thingy?

Howdy all. Sadly, we are not going to make it this year. Assuming I ever get my new (to me) boat home from Florida in time, the event conflicts with the Zac Brown concert in Camden, which has become a three-generation event for my family over the past few years. My parents aren't getting any younger and the kids will be flying the coop soon, so my window is closing. Sorry guys, family wins ... this time anyway! Plus we have a reservation at the marina right next to the concert, and pulling into that rinky dink marina in a 57' boat will be a blast.

So have fun, and take lots of pics, and note that my "Health Union" logo will be on the shirts for the 4th (or maybe 5th) year in a row.

Take lots of pics!

For those not aware, new (to me) boat is a 2010 57' McKinna, assuming survey and sea trial go well next week.
