Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a low voltage disconnect.

My father has a Bennington pontoon. Not that it matters but it does not have a battery switch. Unfortunately he or his guest will frequently leave the accessories switch on. Sometimes they forget, sometime they will hit the switch when covering the boat up.

I want to get him a low voltage disconnect for Christmas. Does anyone have a recommendation for a easy to use version?

thanks

Perko make a good hard wire switch for around $50.00. that is an in line 12 volt switch.

Honestly, I'm looking for something automatic. He keeps the pontoon at my dock. Usually makes 2-4 hour trips. They will forget to do the manual switch...heck I do that 1-2 times during the summer but my radio is off when the key is off.

Google car battery low voltage shut off. They are made by many companies and run in the $50-100 range.

Check out the Blue Sea Systems m-LVD switch. I've got a friend who has one and it does exactly what you want it to do.
