What should the water pressure readings be on the 2005 4.3 engines? I thought I saw it somewhere before but cannot seem to be able to find. I cannot find a spec in my Mercruiser books.

The readings will change with the rpm's. What are you looking for?

1-2 at idle, >13psi at WOT, approximately.

Well, the Port side only goes to around 4 psi at cruise but the Starboad goes to 12 psi.

What are the engine temps? When were the impellers changed last?
With all the bells and whistles on todays motors, just keep an eye on the temp gauge and ignore the rest.
Do the impellers every 2 years if you use the boat or not.
Check for barnacles if in other than fresh water

Temps are normal. Impellers changed a year and a half ago. No barnacles. Boat dry stored when not in use. I think I will replace the impellers and see what happens. Thanks for the advice.
